Jednoho dne se jí zjevil sen, ve kterém viděla malé bílé květy, o kterých nikdy předtím neslyšela. Znalostí rostlin byla Ida naprosto nadšená a nemohla se dočkat, až najde tyto květiny.
Hledání začalo
Ida se rozhodla projít celý les a hledat malé bílé květy. Ale protože byl les velký, nevěděla kde začít. Naštěstí měla k dispozici svůj kouzelný prsten, který jí dal dávný přítel lesa. Prsten začal zářit, když se Ida blížila k místu, kde mohly tyto květy být.
První zastavení: Řeka
Ida se rozhodla vydat se ke řece, protože si myslela, že malé bílé květy mohou mít rády vlhká místa. Na kraji řeky spatřila krásné květiny, byly ale nažloutlé a nebyly těmi, které hledala.
„Je to krásné místo, ale tyto květiny nejsou tou, kterou hledám,“ přemítala Ida.
Druhé zastavení: Lesní jasan
Ida se rozhodla, že pokračuje v hledání. Když procházela kolem velkého jasna, zaslechla zvuky smíchu a veselí. Začala běžet ke zdroji zvuků a spatřila skupinku legračních lesních bytostí, kteří se hráli a zpívali.
„Tady musí být malé bílé květiny,“ pomyslela si Ida.
Přišla k jednomu z malých tvorů a zeptala se ho, zda viděl nějaké bílé květiny. Tvoreček jí řekl, že neprozradí nic, pokud mu nesplní úkol. Řekl jí, aby se zúčastnila závodu a pokud vyhraje, řekne jí, kde tyto květiny rostou.
Ida se rozhodla, že se závodu zúčastní. Cítila se však silněji a silněji unavena a bylo jasné, že závod nevyhraje. Ale náhle se zvedl vítr a zcela náhodou udeřil do hlavního soupeře a tak jí umožnil vyhrát. Lesní tvoreček slíbil, že jí ukáže, kde malá Idova květina roste.
Třetí zastavení: Přírodní jeskyně
Tvoreček ji dovedl k místu, kde se do lesa zanořuje tajemná a temná jeskyně.
„Já jsem nikdy v této jeskyni nebyla,“ řekla Ida.
„To může být překážkou,“ odvětil tvoreček a úsměvem jí ukázal svítící houby na stěnách jeskyně.
Ida se rozhodla jít do jeskyně. Zapálila si svíčku a opatrně šla vpřed. Cestička byla úzká a strmá. Když dospěla do středu jeskyně, zaslechla zvláštní zvuk. Byl to zvuk vody, která tekla z jedné z mnoha jeskynních křižovatek. Na konci této křižovatky spatřila malé bílé květy, na které myslela.
„Jsou krásné!“ zvolala.
Náhle se objevila stará pohádková bytost jménem Elfrieda.
„Vidím, že jsi dokázala najít Malou Idovu květinu. Využiješ úplně všechny její magické vlastnosti?“ zeptala se Elfrieda.
Ida jí řekla, že ji bude používat k životu do lesa a že už nikdy nebude k jinému účelu použita. Elfrieda jí pak řekla, že má všechny znalosti a schopnosti, aby se stala nejlepší ochránkyní lesa.
„Jsem moc vděčná za tuto cennou lekci. Cítím, že jsem ukončila jedno putování a nyní musím pokračovat v nové cestě s novými výzvami,“ řekla Ida.
Ida opustila temnou jeskyni, čerstvě motivovaná a s plněnou touhou ochraňovat svůj rodný les.
Konec
Ida se vrátila z lesa zasněná a ze svého putování nadšená. Podařilo se jí najít Malou Idovu květinu, ale zároveň se naučila hodnotné lekci o tom, že trpělivost, odvaha a přírodní bytosti jsou důležité prvky, které vždycky usnadní cestu ke splnění našich snů. One day she had a dream where she saw small white flowers she had never heard of before. Ida was thrilled with her knowledge of plants and couldn’t wait to find these flowers.
The search began
Ida decided to walk through the entire forest in search of the small white flowers she had seen in her dream. But because the forest was big, she didn’t know where to start. Thankfully, she had her magical ring given to her by a friend of the forest which began to glow when she was near a place where the flowers might be.
First stop: River
Ida decided to head towards the river, thinking that the small white flowers might like moist areas. On the edge of the river, she saw beautiful flowers, but they were yellowish and not what she was looking for.
„It’s a beautiful place, but these flowers are not the ones I’m looking for,“ Ida thought.
Second stop: Forest ash
Ida decided to continue her search. As she passed a large ash tree, she heard sounds of laughter and joy. She began to run towards the source of the sounds and saw a group of funny forest creatures playing and singing.
„There must be small white flowers around here,“ thought Ida.
She approached one of the little creatures and asked if he had seen any white flowers. The creature told her that he wouldn’t reveal anything unless she completed a task. He told her to participate in a race, and if she won, he would tell her where the flowers grew.
Ida decided to take part in the race, but she felt more and more tired and it was clear that she wouldn’t win. But suddenly the wind picked up and accidentally hit the main competitor, allowing her to win. The forest creature promised to show her where the Little Ida flower grew.
Third stop: Natural cave
The creature led her to a place where the forest was veiled by a mysterious and dark cave.
„I’ve never been in this cave,“ Ida said.
„That could be an obstacle,“ replied the creature, smiling and showing her the glowing mushrooms on the cave walls.
Ida decided to go into the cave. She lit a candle and walked carefully forward. The path was narrow and steep. When she reached the center of the cave, she heard a strange sound. It was the sound of water flowing from one of many cave intersections. At the end of this intersection, she saw the small white flowers she had been thinking of.
„They are beautiful!“ she exclaimed.
Suddenly, an old fairytale character named Elfrieda appeared.
„I see that you have been able to find the Little Ida flower. Will you use all of its magical properties?“ Elfrieda asked.
Ida told her that she would use it for life in the forest and that she would never use it for any other purpose. Elfrieda then told her that she had all the knowledge and abilities to become the best protector of the forest.
„I am very grateful for this valuable lesson. I feel that I have completed one journey and now I must continue on a new path with new challenges,“ said Ida.
Ida left the dark cave, freshly motivated and with a desire to protect her native forest.
